The custom diameter design allows the sensor to be installed in essentially any process line as its measurement is done from the entire pipe flow in comparison to traditional sample or online flow systems.

3D-image of air content in a process pipe.

The upper left figure indicates the 3D distribution from the pipe. The blue color symbolizes air and the gray color symbolizes homogeneous mass inside of the pipe.  The upper right figure indicates air content trend (% from the air volume).

The lower left figure represents the entire time span as a 3D image. The blue color symbolizes larger air bubbles that can be clearly observed. Maximum, mean and minimum conductivities are presented in the lower right figure.
