Numcore wins the first prize in a Finnish innovation competition
Numcore was awarded with the first prize in Tuottava Idea competition 2011. The competition is organized by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Finland for the 33rd time this year. According to JCI Finland the reward goes to a productive idea that improves business environment either in public or private sector. The jury saw significant novelty value in Numcore’s commercial use of 3D-imaging based technology. Numcore is thankful for the honor and continues to develop productive solutions for the benefit of the future business environment.
In the award ceremony, honorable mentions were given to Dewaco Oy for improvement of biogas production and to Linkosuon Leipomo’s Ruissipsi, which is a snack made from rye. Compared to the traditional snack types, Ruissipsi offers consumers a healthier snack option.
